Sidekick Coffee & Books is thrilled to announce the return of the KidLit Pizzazz Festival, a joyful celebration of children’s, middle grade, and young adult literature—and the talented authors and illustrators who bring these stories to life. This year’s event will be held on Sunday, December 7 from 2 – 5 pm, and will spotlight local creators through book sales, signings, and fun, family-friendly activities.

The festival will feature children’s, middle grade, and YA authors and illustrators whose work sparks imagination, curiosity, and connection for readers of all ages. It’s the perfect opportunity for families and young readers to meet the minds behind their favorite stories, discover new ones, and get a head start on holiday shopping—with signed and personalized books to gift this season.

From picture books to page-turning YA adventures, we invite you to be part of this exciting celebration.

Requirements for participation:

• Authors must have at least one traditionally published book in children’s, middle grade, or young adult literature.

• The book must have been published within the last five years and remain in print.

• The book must be available for order through the publisher.

Join us for an afternoon filled with storytelling, crafts, themed drinks, and even a special appearance by Dog Man!
